9. Culinary Corner: Summer Spaghetti Pasta: Cook 1 lb of spaghetti just shy of al dente. Drain, cold rinse, and cool. In a large bowl, mix 2 diced seeded cucumbers, 1 pint quartered cherry tomatoes, 1 drained 12-ounce can halved black olives, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, and 2 tablespoons minced parsley.
