9. Culinary Corner: Key lime pie bar: In a bowl, mix 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs, ⅓ cup sugar, and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Press into an 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat 4 ounces softened cream cheese until smooth. In 2 (14 ounce) cans of sweetened condensed milk, add the juice of ¾ cup key lime and the zest of 2 limes. Mix until smooth. Pour over the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
