It’s Wednesday, and that means your weekly dose of good stuff is here! 9. Culinary Corner: Lemon Arugula Bow Tie Pasta Salad: Cook 8 ounces of farfalle in salted boiling water until tender. drain; Cold rinse. In a large bowl, whisk together the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 TB white balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 TB capers + 1 tsp brine, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ cup finely chopped walnuts.
