Random thoughts on a sunny summer Saturday morning:
1. There was a double rainbow yesterday after the storm. It was the most beautiful rainbow I had ever seen.
It stretched from one side of the sky to the other in a perfect arc.
And then there were two.
2. Last weekend was amazing. We sold over 1/2 of the booth. There were a few items left, and I loaded them into our shop.
(Also, if you are a member of the Thistle of the Month Club, please see the email accompanying this month’s box).
3. Did you know that one of our favorite books, Remarkably Bright Creatures, has been made into a movie on Netflix starring Sally Field?
you You can watch the trailer here.
4. It was a wonderful week on the blog. We discussed:
- My reading of these stories
- Find this vintage
- 14 uses for quilt scraps
- 17 Summer Wreaths for Your Front Door
4. I have a new book for us.
It is called Last twilight in Paris. It is a historical book set in Paris during and after World War II. A woman finds half a necklace and is trying to solve the mystery of where it came from. There’s heartbreak and romance and mystery all rolled into one.
And now?
