How to assemble your new bathroom countertop display
To start, flip one of your dollar tree shelves over so the large, top side is facing down. Then, use hot glue to attach your two boxes to the bottom edge of the shelf, with the opening facing forward. If each of your boxes is about 4 inches wide, they should be about the width of the shelf when you line them up together. If you need more support under the box, especially in the middle, you can glue a flat shim or maybe even a felt furniture pad to the shelf first. Once your two boxes are in place, glue two more boxes on top of them. You should now have a two-by-two arrangement of cubbies. From there, all that’s left is to glue down your second shelf to the top of the box. The wide top side of the shelf should once again be facing down.
