How to make paper tulips
Learn how to make paper tulips using crepe paper with this easy step-by-step tutorial. The pieces of paper are labeled with letters. See materials below for measurements.

Take piece A and fold it in half. Cut out the top exactly as shown below. Open it and stretch the middle part of the paper.

Wrap the chocolate or candy in the crepe paper and tape it in place. Add hot glue to the end of the skewer, then insert it into the crepe paper. Twist the bottom part and glue it firmly if necessary.

Take one B piece. Gather the middle, twist, then fold it in half at the twist. Using your thumbs, slightly stretch the middle section to create the petal. Repeat for the remaining pieces. Do 6.

Glue the two petals together for each piece.

Glue three petals around the chocolate so they overlap and hide the candy. Then glue the remaining three petals in the gaps between the petals of the first layer.

Take piece C, fold it in half and cut the top to a point. Unfold it, then gently stretch the crepe paper.

Repeat step 6 with the remaining C and D parts.

Glue the leaves to the base of the paper tulip.

Take part E and gently stretch it. Starting just above the base of the leaf, wrap the crepe paper in a spiral down the skewer, gluing as you go.
