Now, this Instagram-famous Devon farmhouse on the edge of Dartmoor is on sale for £875,000 By Knight Frank.

Kelly and her husband Toby, both longtime riders who previously worked in the equestrian world, moved to the property in 2020 after looking for somewhere with enough land for their family and horses. The house came with substantial acreage (23.98 acres to be exact), outbuildings and plenty of potential, but required significant work. Despite sustaining a serious back injury during the process, Toby carried out most of the renovations himself over the years, while the family lived in temporary accommodation on site.
