I tried allergy pillow protectors to prevent dust mites

Confession: I can’t remember the last time I changed my pillowcases. While it’s definitely something I know I should do, I just haven’t gotten around to it And, frankly, there are more exciting things I’d rather spend my money on.

But recently after discovering that Dust mites (horribly) existing, I decided it was finally time to do something about my mattress, especially since I have sensitive eyes. Dust mite allergies are very common and can cause symptoms such as sneezing, itchy eyes and a runny nose.
