How to sign up for Amazon’s ‘invite-only’ deals during Prime Day sales

Who is eligible for the Prime Day Invitational deal?

Only a select number of products will be available through invite-only deals. Here are the steps to sign up:

1. Find the “Invite-Only Prime Deal” you want to buy. You can find these deals listed at Deals page Once Prime Day begins.

2. Navigate to the product details page.

3. Select “Request Invitation”. If you are not a Prime member, Sign up for Prime To be able to request an invitation.

4. You will receive an email notification confirming that you have requested an invitation. A confirmation will be sent to the email on your Amazon account. If you don’t have an email on your account, add one by navigating to Your Account > Login > Security.

How to know if you were approved for an invite-only deal

Keep in mind that just because you’ve requested an invitation doesn’t mean you’ll receive one. If you opt in, you’ll receive both a push notification in the Amazon app and an email notifying you during a sale. If you’re not selected, Amazon will also tell you that you didn’t get it. You may only purchase one of the products you were invited to, but you may request as many different product invitations as you wish. Invitations will last while the sale lasts, or while supplies last.
