I have shared many Tips for cooling down All kinds of foods in past blog posts, and today I’m going to tell you about a great new product I’ve been using lately that anyone who freezes food regularly will want to get their hands on!
But before we get to that, I wanted to quickly go over some of the reasons why freezing food is so useful in the first place!

Freezing perishables is an easy way to keep your food fresher for longer, which is good for both the environment and your food budget. It’s also a great way to preserve your favorite seasonal foods, because you can Buy them in bulk When they are at the peak of their flavor and ripeness and keep them fresh for months to come!
Freezing food in advance is a great way to plan ahead for busy weeknights or to help limit last-minute trips to the grocery store. If you make large batches of your favorite recipes, you can freeze extra servings to give yourself a quick and easy meal option on the go. Pop some frozen leftovers in the fridge in the morning, and at dinner you should have a thawed meal ready to reheat in the oven or on your stovetop.

Many people use ice cube trays to freeze liquid foods, from homemade soups to fruit purees, because you can get a few cubes as needed instead of thawing one large frozen block. But I recently discovered a new line of products that takes the concept of freezing liquids in ice cube trays and makes it even better!
