Creative ideas and variations
- Colors. Feel free to experiment with different colors. If you’re going for a rustic or minimalist theme, I suggest keeping the color of the cardstock as is and using a white acrylic marker for the letters.
- Beautification. Make your banner extra by using lace, sequins, beads or glitter.
- Ribbon. You can use any kind of ribbon. Make sure they are not too wide. If you don’t have ribbon, you can use twine or jute twine.
- Letters. Choose any font you like. Make sure the letters are not too big or too small for the banner. You can also draw on the banners – think flowers, shapes and butterflies.
