Can you believe it’s finally April?
I didn’t get a photo of it, but there was a big ray of sunshine in our little entry this week. After a long winter I’ve almost forgotten what it’s like to see so much sun in a room. I was very surprised to see it, but it made me very happy.
I don’t really mind the winter here, but the idea of being a few weeks away from walking out the door in a sweater instead of a coat and hat sounds like fun. wonderful!
Just noticed my mirror is crooked, yes. Real life! We actually and unfortunately there is a light switch behind this mirror! It is awkwardly placed almost in the middle of this wall.
To turn the front porch light on and off, we have to tilt the mirror sideways and slide our hand behind the mirror. Sometimes we remember to straighten the mirror later, but often we don’t.
It was annoying so I tried to move the switch during our renovation but for some reason they said it wasn’t possible or easy.
So our solution was to leave the mirror here to hide. Yes!
But now we sometimes have to deal with crooked mirrors.
Anyone else have a poorly placed light switch?
