9. Culinary Corner: Zesty Lemon Arugula Pasta Salad: Toast 2/3 cup walnuts in a dry skillet for 3 to 4 minutes, chopped and set aside. Cook 8 ounces of pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and cool slightly. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 lemons, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon capers, 1 tablespoon caper brine, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 teaspoons black pepper. Stir in 1/3 cup Parmesan and walnuts. Add pasta and toss. Gently toss in 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes and 8 torn basil leaves. Add 4 ounces of arugula and toss. Serve immediately or let sit 10 to 15 minutes.

7. Make this with me: You can make your own Fake floral arrangement with fake water For a fraction of what you pay in store. All you need is a bud vase, faux floral stems and an acrylic water kit. Mix the resin, pour it into a vase, add your stems and let it cure for 48 hours.
