Random thoughts on a cold Saturday morning:
1. We got up early today because there is a half marathon going on at our house. The run goes through the historic district and past our front door.
Zach is running a race, so we gather outside with coffee and cheers to cheer him on.
2. I made shrimp with spaghetti squash noodles. It was very good. I added shrimp and laughing cow cheese and broccoli and mild cream cheese as a sauce. It tasted like shrimp alfredo—but milder.
I saw a recipe for Seared Scallop and Cauliflower Rice Risotto. I’m going to try that next.
3. And look what I found on sale today. It is my favorite cleaner that keeps my bathroom sparkling.
