This Saturday morning—our nation’s 250th birthday.
1. It’s a big one. It is our country’s 250th birthday and we have big plans today. We’re watching the parade and then going to the beach and cooking and watching fireworks over the ocean.
If only I could find a Betsy Ross costume.
2. We’re all about Theo of Golden here. I read it and my mom read it and my aunt read it and everybody loves it.

3. I have a new series for us. It’s called Seeking Persephone and it’s my favorite plot line. You know – the one where the girl marries the handsome duke, except he’s cold and distant and she thinks he dislikes her, but he’s actually falling in love with her.

Many of you always ask me for long dresses.
And I found some CUTE ones.
They are very flattering with a ruffle at the bottom and some colors are on sale right now. They have pockets with three-quarter length sleeves with buttons down the front and the dress runs true to size. I wear a medium.
All three are the same dress, just in different patterns. There are tons of other patterns and colors as well.
