Over the years, David and Victoria have lived around the world, from Madrid and Miami to Beverly Hills. Here are all the homes the couple has acquired over the years.
Beckhams Palm Jumeirah Mansion in Dubai
Victoria and David bought a gorgeous luxury villa on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah in 2003. The couple gifted Victoria’s parents a luxury holiday home in 2009.
That same year, to satisfy a desire for a more permanent stay in their favorite holiday spot in the south of France, the two bought a pristine six-bedroom. Villa Bargemont, for about $1.9 million, sits on 200 acres of rolling hills in the Côte d’Azur. Gardens and extensive lawns surround the 19th-century mansion, and views of the stunning landscape can be seen from almost every direction. Loggias, an infinity pool, a pool house, farmhouse guest quarters and a chapel can also be found on the property. Inside the 6,500-square-foot main house, wood-beamed ceilings, pointed arched doorways, traditional chandeliers, deep purple hues and black kitchen cabinets give the space a gothic feel. But after thirteen years Scattered After spending about $6.2 million on visits and renovations, Beckham sold the property for about $2.9 million, a huge loss. It remains unclear if the property was ever sold.
A Tuscan-style man in Madrid
The summer of 2003 saw David transfer the soccer club to Real Madrid. However, it took two years before the family bought a house in Spain. They rented until finally buying a two-story, five-bedroom Tuscan-style villa located in the La Moraleja area. It has lush green grounds, full tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, a small soccer pitch and a designated children’s play section. It was reported that the couple spent about $430,000 on renovations, but only after calling in a feng shui expert. An elaborate investment on the two-acre property was not to be, as David left Europe entirely in 2007 to join the LA Galaxy in the United States. Unfortunately, Beckham chose a terrible time to sell the house, as it was the start of the Spanish real estate crash. During the family’s time in Los Angeles, the vacant Spanish residence sat on the market for eight years before a Madrid businessman made an offer of $5.2 million for the estate.
Beckham’s Beverly Hills Palace
After arriving in the States, the Beckhams purchased a lavish Beverly Hills estate for $18.2 million. The 11,497-square-foot H-shaped Italianate villa had six bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, an elevator, a library, and a combo media and music room. Eventually, the place netted them a huge profit when they sold it for $33 million Off-market deal In 2018.
