- Fold one piece Construction paper Cut in half vertically, then unfold it.
- Use a pencil to draw a star shape, hitting the center top point of the star on the fold line. Leave about a 2” border around the star.

- Stack these together with another piece of construction paper, with the star drawing on top. Fold the 2 pieces of paper vertically using the existing fold and cut a star shape through both pieces of construction paper.

- Place 1 contact paper Place the piece sticky side down on a flat work surface and carefully place one of the cutout star papers on top and press down.
- Tear off the red, white and blue Tissue paper Break into small pieces and press onto contact paper.

- When the tissue paper design is complete, place another construction paper star over the first one.

- Now place another piece of contact paper (sticky side down) on top of it.

- Cut the star following its shape, leaving a border of about an inch.

- Use it hole punch To make a hole at the bottom of the star at two points.

- To make a shooting star, run ribbon through the holes and tie.

- Add some rolled clear tape to 1 side and attach your star suncatcher to the window.
