1. Summer sales like Amazon Prime Day are unlikely to get you a great deal on portable air conditioners.
2. They sell exceptionally fast.
Over the past two years, I’ve seen firsthand how quickly they can sell. I have had to launch the ‘stock watch’ feature on the portable AC during the last two Amazon summer sales events to track any remaining units online.
This year, due to the heatwave at the end of May, stock levels on portable ACs are already down, and if you want to get your hands on one for the summer, I wouldn’t even wait a week, let alone for a sale, click buy.
