Robot vacuum and mop technology has taken giant leaps in recent years, with brands competing on suction power, navigation and automated cleaning systems.
I have a range of models, but the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete Robot Vacuum Cleaner (Available from Curry) to get out of the crowd with stronger suction, extended mop reach and improved obstacle handling.
I put it through the real world test to see how it performs in a typical home environment and if it really stacks up against the best on the market.
Design, Specs and Key Features
The MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller is positioned as a high-end robot vacuum and mop with a focus on complete deep cleaning and edge coverage.
It has a high suction system rated up to around 28,000Pa, making it one of the strongest on the market and ahead of many competitors in its class. For comparison, such models eufy Omni C28 (which I also tested) typically sit around 15,000Pa, while flagship units from Roborock and Ecovacs are often between 7,000-12,000Pa.
A key differentiator is its extendable mop arm system, which actively pushes outwards during cleaning to reach edges and corners. This is something most circular robot vacuums struggle with due to their fixed round mop footprints.
The Z60 Ultra Roller Complete includes a fully self-maintaining docking station that manages dust emptying, mop washing, drying and water refilling.
A nice added feature was that it also comes with replacement dust bags, mop pads, cleaning solution, filters and rollers, which reduces running costs early compared to many competitors where consumables need to be replaced within months.
Cleaning performance and real-world testing
I tested the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete on a range of floors and I have to say that it delivers strong results with a significantly more effective cleaning performance than its competitors.
It effectively controls dust, fine debris and pet hair, and the mop system provides consistent water distribution without obvious streaking.
However, where it stood out the most was the cleaning of edges and corners. Extendable mop arms allow it to reach areas that a circular system would normally miss, giving a more thorough clean along walls and furniture edges than standard robotic mops.
In testing on thick black carpet and hallway transitions, the vacuum showed strong adaptability to different floor types and obstacles. It is able to climb a threshold of around 4.5cm, with manufacturer claims suggesting up to 8cm in multi-step configurations, putting it well above many competing robot vacuums.
This makes it particularly effective in homes with mixed flooring and high door transitions, where many round robot vacuums can struggle or get stuck.
That said, cleaning times can be slow. A 10m² room on deep clean mode takes about 30 minutes, especially when the robot is repeating scanning passes or rechecking layout data.

Navigation, limitations and usability issues
Despite its strong cleaning capabilities, navigation is where the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete shows its weaknesses.
In testing, it frequently bumped into objects and occasionally struggled with tight spaces, with wheel entrapment occurring more often than expected for a premium model. This is less common in systems like the Roborock Curevo (Available on Amazon) and Ecovacs’ Deebot X11 (Also on Amazon), which typically use more advanced obstacle avoidance.
It also had a tendency to re-clean areas unnecessarily even outside of deep clean mode, which increased total cleaning time and reduced efficiency in small spaces.
Mapping and scanning were also slow, especially in unfamiliar environments, making initial setup and first runs take noticeably longer than competing systems. Battery drain was also noticeable under high-power or deep clean modes, meaning it performed best Open plan layout where it can more easily return to its dock.
Is the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller the Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner Complete?
This model offers strong deep cleaning performance, impressive edge coverage and one of the most complete automation packages currently on the market.
Its extendable mop system and high suction power give it a clear advantage over rounded rivals in detailed cleaning tasks, especially around edges and hard-to-reach areas.
However, its navigation inconsistencies, occasional object collisions, and slow cleaning cycles mean it’s not the most efficient option for every home. While it performs best in open-plan spaces where it can work continuously from its dock, it may feel less refined in cluttered or complex environments.
Overall, the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete Robot Vacuum Cleaner is a powerful cleaning system that competes strongly at the top end of the market, but whether it’s the “best” depends on whether you prioritize deep cleaning power over speed and navigation precision.
