This DIY candle decor is one of my favorite spring crafts! It’s so fun and easy to make. You can decorate the candles however you like, in the colors you prefer, but I suggest choosing pastel colors as they are lighter and softer than plain colors. For pattern ideas, think flowers, butterflies, bunnies, carrots, and eggs!
Add a bow to the candles, place them in candle holders and then decorate the sides with flowers for a beautiful spring centerpiece. Just a reminder that these candles are for display only and are not meant to be lit! Do not light these candles for your safety.

The best thing about this spring project is that it’s perfect for all ages, even kids (with supervision), making it a great weekend family activity. Continue reading or watch the video below to learn how to make these candles for spring. Happy crafting!

Creative ideas and variations
If you’re looking for design inspiration, here are some.
The first design I drew eggs and small flowers, and for the second I drew bunnies in only three colors. The third design is a combination of different flowers with carrots. I used yellow, blue and pink for the flowers, orange for the carrot and green for the leaves and stems. For the last design I decided to use one color and drew flowers, leaves and butterflies.

For the small candles I drew carrots and an array of flowers. Feel free to use candles in different sizes and shapes.
