After you download the file to a computer or laptop (not a mobile device like an iPhone or iPad), open the file in Adobe Reader — NOT in your web browser. (Adobe Reader is a free PDF reader to download — a quick Google search will lead you to Adobe’s download if you need it.)
Select the page for the color you want. Then just fill in the marked fields on the form to fit each child and print! There is space for your child’s name, class, age, what they want to be when they grow up, the name of the school and the date of their first day of school.
